Liquid Motion Dance

Participants will be learning a level 1 Liquid Motion routine. Everyone will have a chance to free-flow at the end of the workshop. 

**Liquid Motion is a methodology that can apply to any aspect of life, from everyday movement to technical dance vocabulary. Liquid Motion teaches how to achieve a seamless and natural movement quality by applying basic dance theory and sensual movement exploration. 

**Pants and/or knee pads encouraged. Please bring water. No shoes or jewelry. This workshop is a pole-free movement. Pen and paper or recording for notes are encouraged.
