This program explains various body weight strength training exercises in full detail. You will learn the proper positioning and alignment for all exercises (in simple terms) to ensure you are executing all exercises properly. It would help to do these exercises in front of a mirror until you master each movement. You have access to this program for life. **When you complete this program, do NOT open the last section. If you 'complete' the course, it will not show you anything new that is added, when applicable. When/if I add material, keeping that last section incomplete will allow you to see the additions without any issues.
