Our flexibility classes are ideal for any level of flexibility. This class is designed to increase range of motion and flexibility in our joints and muscles. We focus on both active and passive flexibility exercises. We regularly stretch our splits (front and middle), hips, back (upper, middle and lower), chest, shoulders, feet (toe point), and everything else in between. We stretch individually and with partners. We use yoga blocks, yoga straps, bands, and the wall to further extend our flexibility. *A yoga mat and water are required.
Beautiful Bodies has a 12 hour cancellation policy. Early Cancel: Canceling or rescheduling your class 12 hours or more before your class start time results in no penalty. Late Cancel: If you cancel within 12 hours of your class start time, you will be charged the full amount of the class (no refunds will be made). If you purchased a class pass, course, or have a monthly membership, 1 class will be lost. No Shows: Anyone who does not show up for their scheduled class without notification results in the loss of that class and an additional $30 fee (as we are unable to fill your spot electronically or manually due to the lack of notification). NO refunds or transfers to other students can be made on any services offered. However, services can be rescheduled BEFORE the late cancellation policy goes into effect. It is your responsibility to be aware of the expiration date of any class pass or monthly membership that you have purchased. The expiration date will not be extended. There are NO refunds available on any of our class passes, monthly memberships, private lessons, or courses.
