Active flexibility of the back/shoulders and front/middle/box splits

Our flexibility classes are ideal for any level of flexibility. This class is designed to increase range of motion and flexibility in our joints and muscles. We focus on both active and passive flexibility exercises. A yoga mat, yoga blocks, a yoga strap, and flexibility bands are strongly suggested. Wall space will also be used.
